NEFA Mourns the Loss of Barry W. Ferns

The National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) is mourning the loss of Barry W. Ferns, who passed away last month. Barry was a longstanding member of NEFA and supporter of the association. Barry’s contributions to the legal and equipment finance & leasing industry were truly impactful, and his presence will be greatly missed. Barry was always willing to help others in need. We know his legacy will continue to inspire us all.

Barry was the Founding Partner of Ferns, Adams and Associates Law Firm. The law firm will continue under the management of Barry's daughter, Amanda Ferns.
