Warren Capital Promotes REED UPSON

Warren Capital Corporation also announced the promotion of Reed Upson to Assistant Vice President – Finance and Operations.

Reed Upson joined Warren Capital Corporation in May of 2012 as a Finance and Operations Analyst. Reed was promoted to Senior Financial & Operations Analyst in May of 2013. He provides support on company-side underwriting and analysis in addition to working with North Bay & West Coast companies and the ZipLease Vendor program.

He graduated from Dominican University with a BA in Business Administration in May 2012 and an MBA in Global Strategic Management in May 2014. Prior to joining WCC, he had been a financial analyst at several firms including Ogilvy Public Relations, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and O’Donnell Financial Group.

At Dominican University, Mr. Upson was Scholar-Athlete of the Year for 2011-12; Business Student of the Year for 2012; 2012 Capital One Academic All-American; and received the 2011-12 Academic All-Conference – Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association award. He was also the recipient of the Edward M. Nagel Scholarship and academic and athletic scholarships as well as being on the Dean’s List for 4 years.
