Veteran Finance Lawyer Joins Marks & Associates, P.C.

Marks & Associates, P.C. is proud to announce the recent addition of Ian J. Platt as a shareholder. Mr. Platt, formerly in-house counsel with a major U. S. finance company brings to the firm over twenty years of experience in inventory financing, asset based lending and other commercial and corporate matters, as well as adding his expertise to the firm’s equipment leasing and finance practice. He will work primarily in the firm’s new downtown Atlanta office, and join shareholders Barry S. Marks and Matthew D. Evans.
