Jaimie Haver, CLFP
I started my career with an independent equipment lessor in 1987, where I learned and performed every responsibility that is part of the life cycle of a transaction. I loved sales. I did. I loved meeting clients, walking their floors, and seeing the equipment we financed put to work. I enjoyed and was really good at documentation and funding, and of course, customer service was part of every job. Making customers happy and being good at my job so my co-workers could be good at theirs was super rewarding.
Over the years, I earned the nickname “Mother Funder”, because I genuinely love to nurture and help people. I listened, observed, and encouraged people to ask different questions, and helped them draw on their positive attributes to be the best versions of themselves.
I retired in 2021 from a bank owned leasing company as SVP of Operations, not because I was tired, but because I was excited to see what else I could do to make a difference. I really enjoyed the front lines, making people happy, and being part of making dreams come true.
If there was a PH.D. for equipment leasing, I feel like I could have easily earned that designation because of all I grew through. I do, however, have the following related designations that are relevant to what I am doing now.
I am a Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP), I have a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, I am a Certified Jack Canfield Success Principles Coach, and actively earning the Heroic Coaching Certification for mastery in energy, work, and love.
