360 Equipment Finance, LLC Hires Jena Morgan, CLFP as Chief Operating Officer
360 Equipment Finance, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of Jena Morgan, CLFP as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Morgan will lead end-to-end operations of the business with a focus on technology advancements, continuous improvement, delivering exceptional customer service and furthering the culture of 360 as a great place to work.

360 Equipment Finance started in 2001 and has grown exponentially over the last few years. The organization serves brokers, vendors and business owners with innovative equipment finance solutions nationwide.
Morgan comes to 360 Equipment Finance with more than 10 years in the equipment finance industry and has served in various roles. Her previous experience includes sales, marketing, project management, technology, and end-to-end operations. She was most recently COO at KLC Financial, Inc.

Outside of work, Morgan has served on the Certified Leasing & Finance Professional board of directors and as co-chair of the funding symposium for the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA). In addition, Moran has spoken on panels for industry associations and has written articles for industry related publications. Morgan is a Top Women in Finance honoree winner for MN Finance & Commerce and is a 40 under 40 NextGen Leader & Top Women in Equipment Finance for Monitor magazine.
