Amy Lewis Named One of Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Finance

With over 25 years of experience in the equipment finance and leasing industries, Amy has made a significant impact through her leadership in operational management, team development, and customer-focused problem-solving.
Amy’s role at KLC Financial encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing daily operations, policy development, risk management, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Her leadership has transformed KLC’s operations, with one of her most notable achievements being the successful implementation of a new operating system that has streamlined internal processes and boosted operational efficiency.
In addition to her technological contributions, Amy established the Account Servicing Support team, demonstrating her innovative approach to solving organizational challenges. This move has enabled KLC to bring key services in-house, improving client interactions and customer satisfaction.
Beyond her operational expertise, Amy has played a critical role in shaping company policies that align with KLC’s strategic objectives, positioning the company for continued growth. Her commitment to developing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture has earned her recognition as a mentor who inspires others to achieve their best.

Under her leadership, KLC employees raised over $9,000 for educational programs and contributed 596 pounds of food to the Intercongregation Communities Association during a company-wide food drive.
