Channel Appoints Ceribelli President, Accelerating Strategic Leadership
Minnetonka, MN – March 20, 2024. Channel, a leading full-service independent lender, is excited to announce the appointment of Rob Ceribelli as President. In this role, Ceribelli spearheads daily operations, streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and implementing strategies to boost overall efficiency and profitability. He steers the control framework, overseeing operational rhythm, and ensuring the Company's objectives are met.
Channel has experienced accelerated growth in the past six years, funding more than $2 Billion, with expansion to three business units across five offices and more than 200 team members. The company is poised for continued funding and revenue growth in 2024 which has led to the desire to add to its leadership expertise.
Ceribelli has significantly contributed to the senior leadership team at Channel, adding 34 years of financial services leadership experience with a diverse background across finance, sales, marketing, operations, and general management. His career trajectory began with 14 years at GE Capital, followed by 20 years with De Lage Landen (DLL), including six years guiding its UK & Ireland business division. Most recently, Ceribelli served as Chief Operating Officer of DLL's US businesses operating out of the Philadelphia office, with responsibility for all customer facing support teams.

In his role as President, Ceribelli will be at the forefront of daily operations, working to streamline processes, optimize resources, and implement strategies that enhance the overall efficiency and profitability of the organization.
