Fordham Athletics Partners With Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP For NIL Matters
BRONX, NY; November 22, 2022 — Fordham University director of athletics Ed Kull announced today a partnership with Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP to advise the Rams with Name, Image, and likeness (NIL) matters for their student-athletes.

Dan, a 2013 Fordham Law School graduate, heads the sports law practice group at Moritt Hock & Hamroff, an 80+ attorney law firm providing a wide range of legal services to businesses, corporations, and individuals worldwide from its offices in New York City, on Long Island and in Florida. He focuses his practice on representing athletes, entertainers, musicians, and other celebrities in connection with their business transactions which include endorsement and sponsorship deals as well as complex business ventures and litigation. He has presented on NIL and the law around college sports at schools around the country and his legal analysis has also been featured on ESPN, CBS & FOX Sports. He was recently tapped as an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School to teach NIL and all things Sports Law.
