Marks & Associates, P. C., a firm whose practice focuses on equipment leasing and finance, asset-based lending and general corporate and commercial law, announces the opening of its downtown Atlanta office at 3600 Centennial Tower, 101 Marietta Street, Atlanta, 30303. Newly-hired shareholder Ian J. Platt will work primarily at the new office and will be joined frequently by founding shareholder Barry S. Marks, who is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Florida Bar. Mr. Marks and fellow shareholder Matthew D. Evans will continue to work primarily in the firm’s home office in Birmingham, Alabama.
