Melissa Fisher's distinguished career in the equipment finance sector includes a recent tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Taycor Financial, where she led numerous successful initiatives and drove operational excellence. Her leadership and innovative approach significantly contributed to the company's growth and market positioning.

Prior to her role at Taycor Financial, Melissa held various strategic positions, including Vice President of Credit at Strada Capital/Currency, Vice President of Credit at Balboa Capital, and Senior Credit Analyst at California Thrift and Loan. Additionally, Melissa has provided consulting services to various companies in the industry, leveraging her deep expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
