GARDEN CITY, NY; February 25, 2020 — The law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff with offices on Long Island and in New York City has announced that Anthony J. Ficara, Michael Wickersham and Jodi B. Zimmerman have joined the firm, adding a new industry practice, in the Condominium & Co-Op Services sector, within the scope of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Ficara joins the firm as a partner and resides in the firm's New York City office. Mr. Wickersham and Ms. Zimmerman join the firm as associates and reside in the firm's Garden City office.

Anthony J. Ficara focuses his practice in the area of complex condominium and cooperative matters and represents sponsors of condominium, cooperative and homeowner association developments and the conversions that come from these structures throughout the United States. He also serves as counsel to several condominium, cooperative and homeowner association boards in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Ficara earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.

Michael Wickersham focuses his practice on various real estate related matters and represents buyers and sellers in a wide array of commercial transactions, including but not limited to, multi-family portfolio acquisitions, development project acquisitions, retail and office property acquisitions and commercial leasing transactions. He earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Jodi B. Zimmerman focuses her practice in the area of Condominium & Co-Op Services and works closely with clients and architects in the preparation and filing of offering plans for developers throughout the New York metropolitan area. She earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
