GARDEN CITY, NY; January 11, 2018 —The law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP with offices on Long Island and in Manhattan has announced that Michelle E. Espey has been named counsel to the firm and Stephen J. Ginsberg has been named a partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2018. Both were formerly associates of the firm.

Michelle E. Espey concentrates her practice in all aspects of tax law including individual and business tax planning, state and local tax services and tax controversy matters. She represents taxpayers in audits and collection matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, and the New York City Department of Finance.
Stephen J. Ginsberg concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation matters. He has successfully resolved business related disputes in Federal and State Courts involving breach of contract; fraud; the RICO Act; business torts; fiduciary duty claims; real estate and construction claims; breach of restrictive covenants; and disputes between and among shareholders, members and partners.
